At Quince Coffee House, we believe the best things happen when we work in community. Our downstairs space has been a hub for neighborhood connection over coffee for the last few years and now, we’d like to introduce our upstairs space:
The Quince Tree House Commons - A place for healing, collaboration, ideation, and dedicated work time. Three-different comfortable and beautiful rentable spaces offered at fixed, recurring weekly blocks, and price with equity in mind.
The Nest (Small Therapy Room)
The smallest space in the Commons, a calming space designed specifically for individual 1:1 clinical sessions, private consultation, or a quiet focused work. Includes a chair, a small sofa, dedicated desk, white board, and a window.
Sponsorship Rate: $155 / month per weekly 3.5 hour block
Standard Rate: $125 / month per weekly 3.5 hour block
Equity Rate: $95 / month per weekly 3.5 hour block ( for providers primarily serving Medicaid, lower-reimbursement clients)
The Healing Suite (Large Therapy Room)
A spacious, beautifully lit room with two windows and a warm, intentional layout. Good for couples therapy, extended clinical work, or practitioners who require a bit more space. includes two chairs, a couch, a small table, a white board and a smart screen.
Sponsorship Residency Rate: $175 / month per weekly 3.5 hour block
Standard Residency Rate: $145 / month per weekly 3.5 hour block
Equity Residency Rate: $115 / month per weekly 3.5 hour block
The Community Flex Space
A modular large room. Perfect for body work, tutoring, coaching, or small work sessions. Offers a set up for meetings or as a large open space.
